人工智能技术作为一门科学技术已经研究了近半个世纪,2016年人工智能在围棋项目中战胜人类顶尖高手,标志着人工智能技术的初步成熟,也迎来了人工智能技术的快速发展。人工智能技术给各个行业如制造业、运输业、互联网行业、金融业甚至医疗、卫生、法律等专业,都注入了新的动力。人工智能技术更是给物流行业带来了革命性的改变,以智能机器人、智能拣选车、无人机、自动驾驶汽车为代表的智能硬件,极大地改变了现有的仓储、运输、配送等物流作业的模式,并将带来更多的改变;以机器视觉、自然语音处理、大数据挖掘、深度学习为基础的智能软件,为物流行业所涉及的信息识别、存储、管理、利用开辟了更加高效的途径,让"数据驱动物流"成为现实。本文将分别从人工智能技术的发展、人工智能在物流领域的应用以及人工智能赋能物流行业的实际案例,来阐述人工智能给物流行业带来的变革,并展望智慧物流未来的发展趋势。
